ملخص البحث

يتناول البحث أسس فقه الكتاب العزيز وسُبل تفعيله في الواقع المعيش؛ لكي يصير المسلم - بحقٍّ – قرآنًا يمشي على الأرض، ونبراسًا يضيء للبشرية ويُنير دربها.

وفقه القرآن بمعناه الشامل ما هو إلَّا إدراك المعاني التي يدل عليها الخطاب القرآني، ولكن لا يكفي هذا الفقه دون العمل به وترجمته في ذوات تنصبغ به وفي مجتمع يطبّقه.

وواقعنا الاقتصادي في اليمن يتدهور يومًا فيوم، وينتكس أيَّما انتكاسة، ولا يمكن اعتدال عُوده وحلّ مشكلاته إلَّا بالرجوع إلى دستورنا المقدَّس ووضع آليات مستقاة أصولها من الفقه في خطاب الشارع عزَّ وجل. فكان هذا البحث محاولة في سلوك هذا الطريق وسبر أغواره للوصول إلى المقصود.

وقد ركَّز الباحث على تحرير مصطلح (فقه القرآن)، واهتمَّ بتوظيف النص القرآني في معالجة المشكلات الاقتصادية في المجتمع اليمني، كما بيَّن توصيف الواقع الاقتصادي اليمني في ضوء فقه نص الشارع الحكيم، من خلال تصوُّر: واقع خدمات البُنى التحتية، والقُوى العاملة، والمشاريع الاقتصادية الإنمائية والإنتاجية المنفذة، والثروة الزراعية والحيوانية والمعدنية المتوفرة، والواقع الاقتصادي المرتبط بالنظم الاقتصادية وتصرفات الأفراد، ومدى انضباط تلك النُّظم والسلوكيات بتعاليم القرآن.

وقد أوضح الباحثُ سُبلَ تحسين الواقع الاقتصادي عن طريق خطوات عملية تساهم في الوعي بكتاب الله والفقه فيه، وترجمته في الواقع المعاصر والنهوض به. وخلُص البحث في خاتمته إلى بيان جملة من النتائج والتوصيات.

Research Summary:

The research deals with "the mechanisms of activating the jurisprudence of the Holy Book in reality," as it is the Muslim's approach that must be embodied in his lived reality. So it becomes - rightly - a Quran that walks on the earth and a beacon that lights up humanity and illuminates its path.

The jurisprudence of the Qur’an in its comprehensive sense is nothing but realizing the meanings indicated by the Qur’anic discourse, but this jurisprudence is not sufficient without working on it and translating it into oneself and in reforming society.

And our economic reality in Yemen is deteriorating day by day, and it is regressing severely.

 The researcher focused on editing the term (jurisprudence of the Qur’an) and made it into two requirements.Dealt with the employment of the Qur’anic text to address the economic problems in Yemeni society, and in its first demand, it clarified the description of the Yemeni economic reality in the light of the jurisprudence of the text of the wise street, by imagining: the reality of infrastructure services, the workforce,and the extent to which these systems and behaviors are disciplined by the teachings of the Qur’an.

The researcher reviewed ways to improve the economic reality through practical steps that contribute to awareness of the Book of God and jurisprudence in it.

In its conclusion, the research came to a statement of a number of results and recommendations.
